HWANGE Local Board chairman Councillor Nqobile Ocean Mabhena yesterday held a meeting with management and section heads in an efforts to emphasise on the importance of Council’s turnaround strategy.
Cllr Mabhena said it was of paramount importance for the local authority to improve on service delivery so as to ensure residents get value for payment of rates.
He also took time to tour a number of projects being undertaken by Council while also underscoring the need to expedite their completion
