The chairperson of this committee is Cllr A V Sibanda and the vice chairperson is CllrT Mutara . The committee members are Cllr G Nyoni, Cllr L Ncube, Cllr A Munhenga, Cllr W Maposa and Cllr A Mumpande.
The committee’s terms of reference are:
- Human Resources recruitment, training, development and dealing with retention issues including conditions of services;
- Formulation of Hwange Local Board Standing Orders and Rules;
- Initiate the introduction, amendment or repeal of, Hwange Local Board by-laws;
- To act on and report to Council on any matter referred to it by the Council;
- Formation and recommendation of terms of reference to other Council Committees.
